Use every other shampoo day for best results. You cannot overuse LifeSaver. Dehydrated hair will drink it up and never feel heavy or weighed down. Soak dry hair thoroughly with product from roots to ends and leave on for at least 45 minutes. Rinse well then shampoo once with one of our Cashmere Protein Shampoos. Shampoo again only if hair was really dirty. Always follow with one of our Cashmere Protein Conditioners to seal and protect the hair’s outer cuticle.
